When your opponent activates a card or effect as Chain Link 2 or higher (Quick Effect): You can banish 2 Spells from your hand and/or GY; negate that effect, then you can destroy 1 card your opponent controls. You can only use this effect of "Surgical Striker - S.P.E.C.T.R.A." once per turn.
